Mainsail Boom Covers from Aztec Sails made from Solacryl marine grade Acrylic fabric.
 
Solacryl fabric has excellent UV and waterproofing properties, fabric is resin impregnated on one side and treated with an antimicrobial treatment for long lasting appearance and breathable quality.
 
All our Boom Covers include a marine grade zipper along the front edge of the cover, a marine grade grommet at the clew end and webbing straps with nylon snap buckles along the length of the bottom.
 
Covers come in a range of sizes and colours and are built bespoke to your specific needs.  
 
Prices are based on cover length (A), however when ordering please provide your specific measurement data below.  A graphic is included in the photos to assist with the measurements.  Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
 
Length A = Cover Length (Taken from aft edge of mast along boom to desired length)
Length B = Cover Height (Taken from bottom of cover up mast to desired height)
Length C = Cover Circumference Boom End (Taken around the sail at boom end)
Length D = Cover Circumference Boom Mid (Taken around the sail at boom midpoint)
Length E = Cover Circumference Boom Quarter (Taken around the sail at boom quarter point)
Length F = Cover Circumference 45deg Mast (Taken around the sail at 45deg to mast)
Length G = Mast Depth (Taken from front edge of mast to aft edge not including the sail)
Length H = Mast Width (Taken at widest point of the mast not including the sail)
